Again, I want--I recognize the Senator wants to speak. Let's do this in a logical, orderly manner. If people want to be here to speak, I think the Senator from Colorado made some good points. I was yielding to him for a question. I would yield if the Senator from Minnesota has a question. Then, obviously, the Senator from Kentucky will have every right to speak. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
