I thank the Senator for yielding, and I thank the Senator for her keen eye on the Ryan budget and what it does. I listened to the Senator's explanation of President Obama's goal to cut down overpayments, fraud and abuse, and to put that money back into helping beneficiaries. I ask the Senator, isn't it true that both Ryan budgets incorporate those very same cuts President Obama wants to do?
