I would prefer we stick with Roe v. Wade which would allow my daughter to go to a hospital and to have a doctor perform a procedure on her that in the doctor's best judgment was the safest for her. If I can just respond further, if the doctor decided this type of procedure was safer than a cesarean section, for example, which I would submit to my friend from Pennsylvania is every bit as gruesome if you would like to describe it, but it is up to the doctor to decide what is the safest procedure. That is what I would want my daughter to have, so that is why I have my amendment on Roe v. Wade.
