It is a shame we have come to this. It is time to rip up the credit card. It is time to take the credit card away from the Republican majority here and from the President of the United States. It is time that we have a fair deal for the people of this country and not impose a new birth tax on every child born in America to pay this interest on the national debt. It is unfair. We ought to turn it down and come back with a fair deal for the American people.
