Please, Mr. President, I am telling you, get ahold of your people who are at OMB--your people. They work for you. Get them on the phone right now and tell them, this agricultural disaster money ought to come out of emergency assistance, just like you proposed for the hurricanes, and not out of farmers' own pockets.
