Mr. President, I hope the Republicans will talk among themselves. I hope they will listen to the students and their families who don't want to be hung out there this week and next week and on and on and on not knowing whether they are going to have to pay higher interest rates on their student loans. Let's have cloture. Let's bring up the bill, and then let's vote on it. If they have amendments, fine, we will vote on them. But at least let's move the bill. Mr. President, with that, I yield the floor, and I suggest the absence of a quorum. The PRESIDING OFFICER (Mr. Franken). The clerk will call the roll.
