Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to pay the salary of any officer or employee of any Federal department or agency with respect to carrying out the provisions of Public Law 111-148, Public Law 111-152, or any amendment made by either such Public Law. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to the order of the House of February 17, 2011, the gentleman from Iowa (Mr. King) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
