EXPEDITED COMPLETION OF AUTHORIZED PROJECT FOR FLOOD RISK MANAGEMENT. The Secretary shall expedite the completion of the project for flood risk management, Cedar River, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, authorized by item 3 of the table in section 7002(2) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2014 (Public Law 113-121; 128 Stat. 1366). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 892, the gentleman from Iowa (Mr. Blum) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Iowa.”
