as for the comments made about not knowing what is in the bill, the gentleman from Iowa (Mr. Ganske) came to me about 4 weeks ago. The Senate passed it 3 weeks ago. We know what is in the bill. Let us not say that. My two Senators voted for it. Come to think of it, so did every one of yours here. They voted for it. 100 percent. Let us pass this bill, let us get something to the President and let us get on about the business of providing security. I do not care if you go to Omaha, if you go to Kansas City, if you go to Des Moines, you go to Chicago, places I have been, the American people want security and they are saying do it, do it now, let us not delay any longer. Federalize it. Let us have confidence. Let us get the job done. Let us have standardization and do the job right. Support the Oberstar-Ganske amendment, please.
