I feel kind of funny in this position, Mr. Chairman. The folks on the other side of the aisle are saying that to me. But I am just saying, okay, they have in good faith gone out there, they have spent hundreds of hours on it. They have shown us they are doing it right. I am willing to trust them to do it this time. I would ask my friends on the other side of the aisle, come with us. Let us all go together and say, let us have our input into it, but let us not do it abstractly, off the top of our heads, without seeing the area, knowing the area, talking to the people. Those things are all important. For some reason, I have the opinion that the people who live on the ground should have some say in it. I think it would make a lot of sense that they have a say in it. They are our commissioners, our Governor, our legislators. They support this legislation. I think those people are kind of important, myself.
