“I apologize if I misinterpreted the gentleman's earlier comments when he talked about where we were following county lines. The gentleman from New York (Mr. Boehlert) went right through a county line with the agreement of people and went into Wayne County. Now the gentleman talks about Sevier County that is to the west, and that is where our argument comes down. We say it does not qualify. It hardly qualifies. But if I may respectfully say so, some of those organizations that some folks are looking at what they have come up with, in looking in the last 20 years, some of them go right over the top of everything but an interstate, right over little cities, right over other areas. I think this one, and I really wish the gentleman from Washington (Mr. Inslee) would come out with me and look at it, because I would sure like to show him a few of the people out there who live on that area, who mine that area, who live there, who have school buses go up and down it. I do not think we want to hurt those folks.”
