the point of this all is, this is a tax increase. They are admitting it. There were so many Members who came to the floor and said, oh, no, no, no, we are not really increasing taxes. But what the colloquy between the two gentleman from Wisconsin proves is, once and for all, this is a tax increase. So if one wants to come to the floor today in the middle of an economic recovery and vote to increase taxes on small business, knock yourself out.
