We have a budget. What we are not sure we have is the other body. They have not acted. They have not even brought it to a vote. I do not know what they are doing. I can understand the gentleman's frustration. I share that frustration. We hear that a certain party may be in the majority over there, but from time to time that does not always manifest itself. But we have a budget. We will operate under that budget. It is a budget that ensures that we can strengthen our economy and keep it growing; that we can protect our country; and that we can make sure that our important priorities are funded. We have a budget. Those who continue to say we do not have a budget, it is simply not correct.
