is the gentleman from Michigan aware that the Committee on the Budget put an extra billion dollars in the House proposal for special education this year to fund IDEA? I do not know if the gentleman voted for that, but that was an important priority from the Committee on the Budget. We did hear that. We were not trying to send just a get well card. We wanted to try and fully fund those programs, and we did not get a lot of support from the gentleman's side. That concerns us.
