I happened to think that was a fairly ingenious idea, because then the numbers would connect. Now, having said that, I can see the gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Obey) and the gentleman from Alabama (Mr. Callahan) about ready to come out of their chairs, and I do not think we are probably going to have much success in passing that. The gentleman from Wisconsin does not need to come out of his chair, I would say, because we did not put that in there. See, I should not have even brought that up.
