I want the gentleman to tell him that he actually does not get an allowance. He actually pays for an allowance. Is that not interesting? Do we think that would go over very well? I know it would not go over very well with my 13-year-old son. He would not understand how in the world he pays for an allowance. I pay his allowance. The gentleman from Hawaii pays his son's allowance. The taxpayers pay the Federal Government's allowance, called taxes. They pay. We buy, they pay. People should not have to pay for taxes when they have already been paid for by the taxpayers, and that is the whole discussion that we are having here today.
