I yield myself 15 seconds to just be able to respond and say we increase the transportation fund $30 billion. I cannot believe that the gentleman would suggest that that is a paltry sum, number one; and, number two, you better get with the other communicators, I would suggest, Mr. Speaker, because they are talking about not increasing the debt. Spending more money, seems to me we have got to increase that debt.
