As the gentleman knows, this bill has a very important element that allows uniformed municipal employees, police, fire, to have access to certain FHA privileges, including 1 percent downpayment on mortgages. Am I not right in believing that also this provision applies to the volunteer fire departments that exist in so many parts of America?
