I believe that Mr. Young's bill, as amended by the text we are considering today, will be a significant step forward in the fight to ensure that rural customers get high-quality voice service.

If you really want to see the agriculture and rural economy boom, it is going to be through broadband and communications.

This bill requires the VA to create and implement documented plans to improve responsiveness and performance of the crisis line.
