it is absolutely imperative that we utilize the tools that we have in rural America, and we take full advantage of the opportunities there to not just support our climate, but of course, our farmers.

We've expressed the need to address the following primary challenges: lack of price discovery and transparency, meatpacking industry consolidation leading to fewer competitors, captive supply, and price manipulation.

I really hope that we continue with that in the next farm bill, because people are finally getting comfortable about exactly what these programs are.
