I know I am in a rural community when I am talking to a group of people who care deeply about their home but none of them are grant writers.

Because with gas and energy costs rising, we would be fools not to address the roles that biofuels can play in reducing price pressures for Americans across the country.

I think it could be extremely helpful to clarify the regulatory frameworks, to build them out where they are missing.

So, having these kinds of predatory rent increases benefiting from Federal backing just seems so wrong.
