I hope the confrontational attitude regarding our Constitutional oversight responsibility ends now.

This has been a passion of mine since I came to Congress which is why I am proud that I introduced and the President signed into law the Plain Language in Government Communications Act.

In my opinion, nobody is more deserving of our help than our military servicemembers fighting overseas.

I am greatly concerned, as Congresswoman DeGette has expressed, that the administration did not act fast enough in responding in Texas.
