I am greatly concerned, as Congresswoman DeGette has expressed, that the administration did not act fast enough in responding in Texas.
If we don't have a remedy for people harmed by generic drugs and they have to go on Medicare and Medicaid, we end up paying for it as taxpayers, don't we?
We have a moral obligation to reward that sacrifice by giving them an educational experience that moves them on the way to fulfilling their career and educational goals.
