Bruce L. Braley: “It is time to remedy this inequity.”

I am greatly concerned, as Congresswoman DeGette has expressed, that the administration did not act fast enough in responding in Texas.

Since Americans were supposed to have 6 months to sign up, would you support ensuring they still have 6 months by extending the open enrollment period for 2 more months?

I hope the confrontational attitude regarding our Constitutional oversight responsibility ends now.

We need to act this year to make sure those protections do not expire.
