I am greatly concerned, as Congresswoman DeGette has expressed, that the administration did not act fast enough in responding in Texas.

Our duty today is to make sure the administration is doing everything possible to prevent the spread of Ebola within the United States.

Finally, the legislation would prohibit discrimination against servicemembers and their families who are covered by these protections and it would double penalties to deter future violations.

I am pleased to see that we are leaving behind the more conventional route of 'one size fits all' and 'death by power point'.
