The way the Iowa law works, it allows me, as attorney general, to step in on behalf of the whole group of Iowans who have been hurt under our consumer protection laws.

This massive investment is the largest steel plant project in U.S. History. It means over 1,750 good-paying, family-supporting, steel working jobs for Southeast Iowa.

It’s important that we are not just reactive, but we are proactive when it comes to fighting fraud.

This is a great win for Iowa farmers, but also for all Iowans.
