I assure the Senator from Oregon that this is consistent with the provisions in this language to encourage the Air Force to resolve situations like the one at Kingsley Annex. I also assure the Senator that I will work with him to help resolve the problem at Kingsley Annex, and I encourage the Air Force to move ahead with this project under this new authority.
