I realize, Mr. Speaker, that was said in a jocular fashion, and I can assure the gentleman from New York (Mr. Solomon], neither the gentleman from Mississippi [Mr. Taylor] nor myself meant to impose any such kind of admonition on the gentleman from New York [Mr. Solomon] with respect to his staunch defense of freedom against communism. However, I do think in the spirit of the bill he put forward, we are requesting that he take into consideration the thrust of the proposition of the gentleman from Mississippi [Mr. Taylor].
