Yes. The proposal coming from the President, with all attendant difficulties associated with balancing the budget, nonetheless, has as its priorities the Medicare, Medicaid, environment and education. Those are priorities that the President has consistently stated from the very beginning as elements which he felt had to be protected in any budget proposal that came forward.
