All of our assets, human and otherwise, are being concentrated in Iraq, or that area of the world which purports to be Iraq. As the gentleman knows, Iraq is a construct of the post-World War I colonial powers, particularly Great Britain and France. And so even the idea that there is a political construct there that can be referred to for elections or anything else is little more than fiction to begin with. The plain fact of the matter is that we cannot move forward in Afghanistan because the assets that are needed there, particularly financial, are being wasted right now in Iraq.
