“I would like to express once again my gratitude to the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Saxton) and express my very fond aloha to him and to the committee staff. Mr. Speaker, I do not think anyone in the Congress is as devoted to the subject matter over which he has jurisdiction than the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Saxton). The ocean resources over which this Nation has sovereignty and the concern that he expresses for this most valuable of all resources is something that sets the benchmark, I think, for all of us regardless of party.”
