Should he be confirmed to this position of awesome responsibility, Judge Kavanaugh would be just one of nine people with the power to change the American Government and the American way of life for at least a generation. He would be hearing and deciding cases that touch all facets of our lives, including the healthcare we receive when the Texas case involving the Affordable Care Act's individual mandate makes its way to the Supreme Court.
