(c) Deadline for Recommendations.--Not later than one year after the date of enactment of this Act, the aviation rulemaking committee shall submit to the Administrator a report containing the committee's findings and recommendations for regulatory action. (d) Report to Congress.--Not later than 60 days following the date of receipt of the committee's report under subsection (c), the Administrator shall submit to Congress a report on-- (1) the recommendations of the aviation rulemaking committee; and (2) the actions that will be undertaken by the Administrator as a result of those recommendations.…”
