His rock has always been his wife, Laura, and their daughters, Jess and Lisa. We owe them a true debt of gratitude. When he assumed command 3 years ago, Admiral Aquilino quoted Admiral Nimitz doing the same in December 1941 at Pearl Harbor: ``It is a great responsibility, but I shall do my utmost to meet it.''
