Thank you to the witnesses. First of all, to everybody in the room and listening who has contributed to the negotiations...
They were, as she has testified, one of the worst natural disasters in our country's history.
I support the compacts, I support their re-negotiation, I think they are critical to our national security.
Thank you for your leadership in the world on so many issues.
