Mr. Speaker, I appreciate my colleague's leadership very much. Not only do we agree on the destination, but we agree on the problem. When you can agree on what the problem is, you can usually get to a solution. What we need to do is all agree on that problem on a bipartisan basis. Mr. Speaker, I yield to my colleague from Utah (Mr. Moore), a steering committee member of the Bipartisan Fiscal Forum, a member of the Budget Committee and the Ways and Means Committee, another small business person, and somebody who also knows his way around a budget.
