It does so despite attempts by British Petroleum and others in the unified command to stop this flow of oil. We are now on the fourth or fifth possible solution to cap the well. In fact, they are going to try to cap the well tonight. I believe, as we get on to each of these solutions, they are less and less likely to succeed.…”
