Yes, we understand that both Senators have a very strong interest in these provisions, and while I have concerns with the changes that Senator Bond is proposing which I believe could significantly limit the authority of our State attorneys general in assisting the Federal Government in enforcing these new protections for moving company consumers, we are prepared to accept this language and make a commitment to work with both Senators to improve their provisions moving forward.
