Mr. President, this CR funds the government for the next 6 months at a level agreed to by the Budget Control Act. It contains a minimum of anomalies and allows adequate funding for disaster relief. This is an inefficient way to fund our Federal Government, but it is better than shutting it down next week. I urge a ``yes'' vote. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Res. 117, a joint resolution making continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2013, and for other purposes shall be brought to a close? The yeas and nays are mandatory under the rule.
