The amendment (No. 1112), as modified, is as follows: On page 77, line 18, strike ``$2,694,300,000'' and insert ``$3,181,300,000''. On page 77, line 20, strike ``$1,518,000,000'' and insert ``$1,985,000,000''. On page 79, line 21, strike ``$321,300,000'' and insert ``$341,300,000''.
