I strongly support this language. The Committee Report on the Moscow Treaty states that this report will include ``the role of Cooperative Threat Reduction and nonproliferation assistance.'' Am I correct in my interpretation that the annual report will include the contribution of both the Department of Defense CTR program and other programs that are relevant to Treaty implementation and security and accounting of nuclear weapons and materials?
