Can you tell me that, even if the President zeroes it out, would you have the discretion to, if Congress approves it, is that what you would need, for Congress to give a line item on it for you to over-ride the President?
Is it supposed to be a revenue-generating enterprise? Because I always thought one of the things that we talked about was the fact that NPS and the Park Service were a way to get our families engaged.
