Res. 652 and the Senate proceed to the en bloc consideration of the following Senate resolutions: S. Res. 652, S. Res. 671, S. Res. 672, and S. Res. 675. There being no objection, the committee was discharged and the Senate proceeded to consider the resolutions en bloc. ____________________
