Yes. And I think what's -- first of all, they're not going to start contact tracing. And what's crazy to me about this, this particular issue, is contact tracing actually is hard. We've had some difficulty in the State of Hawaii getting it operationalized. They don't have that problem. They had the CDC standing by. You could immediately get an army of contact tracers. And so, what's really going on is, they don't want to know who else they infected.
