Republicans are unlikely to support, at least at this time, a big unpaid for straight up 1.5 trillion dollar infrastructure plan.

Senator Schatz and Senator Thune are working on local siting with respect to how do we update the rules.

We do need to approach this fundamentally as an equity issue and hopefully find a way to make these programs more sustainable.
