People were pretty thrilled about the idea that America First, in their mind, meant that we were going to not do this kind of adventurism.
These are not bureaucratic mix-ups. Every day this money doesn't get to where it's supposed to go; every contribution, worth hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars, is delayed, people go hungry. People get sick. People die.
The good news is that we've reestablished a bipartisan principle that we should still be present in the world, that we should still alleviate suffering, that we should still provide economic assistance, that we should still respond to…
