For too many Native communities, the total lack of access to clean and safe drinking water and sanitation facilities is an everyday reality.

Access to clean, reliable water is essential for the health and well-being of all people in the United States.

I greatly appreciate this Committee's attention to the unique needs of Native and tribal communities in this upcoming Farm Bill.
