But I think one of the reasons this bill is so important is it is not just the fact that--even if there were no law, if people think that they may be gone after--and I think we are at a point, if we don't solve the problem soon, there could be something in most consumers' minds where it gives them a little bit of doubt, a little bit of fear, 'Well, I heard about somebody getting sued; I am just not going to take the risk.'
