In closing, I want to go on record to say that I agree with the gentlewoman from Florida that this oil spill is a tragedy. I will work very closely with our chairman, Mr. Nick Rahall, to ensure that the laws are changed to prevent such a disaster in the future. Mr. Speaker, I again urge Members to support this resolution.
