Last year was a very challenging year for the Navy. And I am hopeful that 2018 will be much better in terms of improving...
The science is very clear. We are facing a startling decline in shark species and populations worldwide.
It is not a matter of losing the funds, it is just a matter of we are not being able to expand at all.
